Arrival times vary based on location and traffic, but most customers are assisted within 30–45 minutes.

No—our standard service hours are:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

5. How much does roadside service cost?

Pricing depends on the service needed and distance. We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

6. Do you install car batteries on-site?

Yes! We offer mobile battery testing, delivery, and installation at your location. No need for a shop.

7. What types of vehicles do you work on?

We service cars, SUVs, vans, and most light-duty trucks.

8. Do you work with motor clubs like Agero or Honk?

Yes, we partner with several major motor clubs and also offer direct customer service.

9. Can I pay by card?

Yes—we accept credit/debit cards, digital payments, and cash.

10. What if I’m not with my vehicle?

As long as we can verify ownership and get instructions from you, we can still assist.

11. Do you offer refunds?

If the service cannot be completed (for example, battery terminal damage or a tire that cannot be removed), we will discuss options before proceeding. Partial fees may apply, depending on the situation.
